Writing

Working through a series on revenue architecture — why the sales-marketing-CS org chart keeps producing the same failure modes, and what the operating system underneath should look like. The blog has the early entries; longer pillar pieces are in progress.

Building

Expanding the free tools catalog — research, diligence, and deal-math utilities built on public data, all free and mostly running entirely in your browser. Recently added: a deal-math category (valuation, earnout, NRR, capacity models) and an email authentication grader.

Operating

Deep in the unglamorous plumbing of independent publishing: email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC done properly), search visibility, and performance budgets. This site is the lab — everything on it runs on Cloudflare's free tier and is measured against green Core Web Vitals.
